Blue Jays designated hitter George Springer left Game 3 of the World Series in the seventh inning with right side discomfort, per Toronto manager John Schneider. Leading off the inning, Springer hit a foul ball against Dodgers left-hander Justin Wrobleski when he grabbed at his right side and called a member of the team's training staff to the plate.
