Updated at 9.10 am PT… Elon Musk skipped a hearing with prosecutors in Paris on Monday which was due to take place as part of a probe into his X social media platform and alleged irregularities around its algorithms and role in disseminating Holocaust denial content and sexually explicit deepfakes.

Delaware Chancery Court Judge Kathaleen McCormick has ruled against Elon Musk in previous cases, including one involving his Tesla pay package.
