Leaders with the London Police Department and the newly reinstated Mayor Randall Weddle announced the hard work of first responders on Wednesday morning.

First responders in London, Ky. rescued a wheelchair-bound man from a burning home on East 5th Street Wednesday morning. He was hospitalized with burns and smoke inhalation.
